A 12 week progressive resistance training program for people over the age of 50 living with a chronic disease. Aims to improve an individual’s health through strength training and to teach individuals with chronic diseases how to exercise safely.
Any individual over the age of 50 with any chronic condition. Clients must have a referral form filled out by their GP.
Mondays 8.30am – 1.30pm | Tuesdays 8.30am – 11am | Wednesdays 8.30am – 2.30pm | Thursdays 8.30am – 11am | Fridays 8.30am – 2.30pm
