Hand to Heart is a free social connection program that assists isolated older people to connect to local services, community groups, and activities via a short series of home visits by volunteers.

Alternatives to Suicide WA Alliance
Alternatives to Suicide (ATS) is a peer-to-peer group support approach to suicide intervention which has no clinical involvement. The groups provide a safe space, supporting people with suicidal distress and those who are suicide survivors.
