A health support; information and referral service for all women; to empower them to make informed choices regarding their physical and mental well-being. Services include counselling; advocacy and advice; support groups; information and referral. We also have EMBRACE program, addressing need of families who are experiencing anxiety, depression and/or stress during pregnancy and after the birth of a baby. They also provide services such as a free pap smear clinic and creche on Tuesdays.
