Individual support

Neami National actively promotes and incorporates recovery principles into everyday service delivery.
Individual support is strengths-based and informed by the Collaborative Recovery Model (CRM), which aims to identify personal values and goals and collaborate on making progress in achieving them.

The Adult Community Mental Health program is available for people who do not have an NDIS plan.

We provide a variety of group programs that bring people together around areas of common interest or need. Our group programs aim to help you to:

• Develop your social networks and strengthen relationships
• Participate in community activities
• Increase your independence and confidence.
