Ngulla Koort is a Aboriginal controlled organisation operating out of Perth’s northern suburbs. We provide services based on funding opportunities to our local community. We can provide assistance to local Aboriginal people who need a corporation to auspice them i.e.: outer north naidoc and look at opportunities to employ them through funding.
