Alinea (formerly Spine & Limb Foundation) is a NDIS provider that operates a wide range of services, from Residential Aged Care, Supported Employment, Recreation Services, Home Care Services, Independent Community Living Support, Occupational Therapy and Peer Support.
Peer support is provided for people who have undergone amputations and people who have experienced limb loss.
The AMPS & Associates program enables networking opportunities with peers and referrals to services within Western Australia and nationwide. Scheduled meetings provide a forum to link external support providers with members, strengthening connections whilst sharing current information.
Individualised one-off visitations can also be arranged upon request from an experienced Peer Supporter. This support is offered prior to an operation, post-discharge, or later on in life when individuals feel they need support from an experienced Peer Supporter who has had a similar experience.
The ChildLimbs program, aims to support families with children who have acquired or were born with limb differences.
The main objectives of this program are to provide a social framework, peer-support and community inclusion to our members and their families.
