SWEAR WA (Sex Work; Education, Advocacy & Rights WA) is Western Australia’s peer sex worker organisation. We are a 100% peer run and led grassroots organisation that provides:

peer-to-peer support, peer education and outreach services to WA sex workers of all diversities

referrals to ‘sex worker friendly’ providers & services; such as sexual health clinics and legal & financial advisory services

hosting regular peer-only social events and facilitating peer-only online safe spaces

representing the voices of WA sex workers by guest speaking at events & forums for allied healthcare services, educational institutions, and community consultations, by liaising with & providing consultation to the government & organisational sectors, and by employing effective media response strategies; all with the aim of reducing the stigma & discrimination surrounding sex work

lobbying for legislative change and advocating the full decriminalisation of sex work in WA
