The Fathering Project

The Fathering Project’s aim is to positively impact the lives of children through support and advice for fathers on the importance of their role. The Father Project’s Schools Program is the main area and its key objective is to establish self-supporting, proactive and positive Fathering Project School Groups in all school communities in WA. These groups comprising ‘Champion Dads’ from the school community conduct a range of activities where Dads can interact positively with their children. These vital groups also organize informal, social and enjoyable functions for dads to chat with other dads about issues impacting their lives leading to positive mental heal outcome and better communities.
