The Radiance Network South West Inc.

Radiance Support Groups are facilitated groups which provide a safe and supportive space for families to connect with others experiencing similar difficulties in the perinatal period. Led by peer facilitators with lived experience of perinatal mental health challenges, the groups help mothers build resilience and improve their emotional well-being, support them in building a relationship with their baby during the first months of parenthood, and give them an opportunity to meet new friends in a welcoming and relaxed environment. At their core the group wishes to reduce the sense of isolation and overwhelm that many mothers feel.
