MyLocalMind Inc.

MyLocalMind Inc. aims to be responsive to the needs of the local community by providing free mental health and wellbeing services. We provide clinical services, seminars, and workshops, including mindfulness, art therapy, music therapy, yoga, and life skills groups. We also moderate an online community mental health and wellbeing support forum. MyLocalMind Inc. aims to provide evidence-based services co-facilitated by mental health professionals and community members with a range of lived mental health experience.
